I always wonder how certain people appear to be so lucky, as if they wear a very potent lucky charm

Then I analyze how luck works and break it down into 4 different levels.

Understanding these 4 levels of luck can help us to have an informed perspective on how to maximize our chances for success in anything we do.

  1. 𝗕𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗸.
This is the kind of luck that seems to strike randomly and unexpectedly. It’s when you find a 100 ringgit note on the sidewalk or win a small lucky draw without any specific effort.

Blind luck is entirely outside of your control and can bring pleasant surprises when you least expect them.

  1. 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗱.
This level of luck is often associated with the saying, “The harder I work, the luckier I get.” It implies that luck favours those who put in the effort and dedication.

When you work diligently towards your goals and continually improve your skills, you create opportunities for good things to happen. This type of luck is a result of your proactive efforts.

  1. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
Sometimes, luck can be influenced by the people you surround yourself with. This level of luck is about having friends or acquaintances who seem to have a fortunate streak, and through your connections, you can benefit from their luck.

It involves recognizing opportunities that others may not and taking advantage of the good fortune circulating within your social network.

  1. 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗸.
The highest level of luck is when you actively shape your destiny. You create luck by deliberately exposing your thoughts, skills, and expertise to the world.

This could mean taking calculated risks, seizing opportunities, and consistently putting yourself out there.

It involves sharing your thoughts, expertise, and experiences with the world, often through platforms like social media. By exposing your ideas and skills to a broader audience, you increase the chances of attracting opportunities and positive outcomes.

By doing so, you increase the likelihood of good Luck and favorable circumstances knocking to your inbox.
